Among these, is the rule of impossibility of the infinite regress which is one of the important and practical rules of logic that has an important place in philosophy. In this article, we will first define infinite regress, and after listing its types and conditions, we will present a series of arguments to prove the invalidity of infinite regress. Then, as a final step, through rereading a prophetic narration and a Quran verse, we try to reveal the religious texts' view on the infinite regress. It is clear that the narrative perspective is more explicit about the possibility or impossibility of the rule of infinite regress. Therefore, after examining the narrative and the verse, it seems, from the perspective of religious texts, that we can move beyond the possibility of rule of regress and arrive at impossibility of it. قاعده امتناع تسلسل یکی از قواعد مهم و کاربردی منطق است که در فلسفه جایگاه مهمی دارد. محتوای متون دینی حاوی نکته‌های عقلی بسیار زیادی است که ضرورت استخراج و تطبیق آنها بر قاعده‌های عقلی ما را بر آن می‌دارد تا جهت ایجاد اُنس بین فضاهای عقلی و دینی همت کنیم. در این نوشتار ابتدا تسلسل را تعریف کرده‌ایم. پس از برشمردن اقسام و شروط تسلسل، سلسله‌ای از برهان‌ها را جهت اثبات بطلان تسلسل به تقریر درآمده‌اند. گفتنی است این برهان‌ها در یک تراز نیستند و برخی مورد نقض و ابرام قرار گرفته‌اند. در گام آخر با ذکر یک روایت و یک آیه می‌کوشیم منظر متون دینی را در این باره استخراج کنیم. آنچه پیداست نظرگاه روایت دارای صراحت بیشتری درباره امکان یا استحاله تسلسل است پس از بررسی روایت و آیه به نظر می‌رسد با قوت می‌توان از امکان تسلسل عبور کنیم و به استحاله تسلسل از منظر دینی باور پیدا کنیم. https://manteghi.nashriyat.ir/sites/manteghi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5000391-1782118484.pdf
